FG Turbo 475kw Packages

HP-F are very happy to release our new Venon-475 package for the FG XR6 Turbo. A culmination of a couple of months of R&D has resulted in what we think as a perfect balance of boost response and power, allowing the FG to maintain perfect road manners with useful boost from as low as 1800rpm and the air flow capability to deliver huge power and torque.

Lift the bonnet and the only thing that stands out is the new polished air box from Process West, the pipe work has also been swapped out but everything else including the turbo looks as Ford intended. Process West came through with an awesome intercooler and air intake package that gives the custom turbo the ability to breath deep and as a result, air temps are extremely well managed.

The standard FG turbo, being a fare bit smaller than the BA-BF Garrett unit, starts to struggle much over 300rwkw, the HP-F upgraded turbocharger uses custom wheels and modified housings to bring it all alive delivering the huge gains seen on the dyno graph. The exhaust is upgraded using a full 4” stainless steel system with a high flow metal cat and the fuel injectors have been replaced with 660cc units. The above hardware is all tied together with a custom HP-F tune using the SCT X-cal3 device. On the road the car is insanely fast, yet offers excellent throttle response for painless daily driving.
