The HP-F LT4 Camshaft Performance Package has been developed for enthusiasts looking to unlock the next level of performance from their supercharged LT4-powered vehicle. Combining a premium BTR camshaft upgrade with proven valvetrain and timing system enhancements, this package delivers substantial gains in horsepower, torque and throttle response while maintaining the reliability required for long-term performance.

Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the heart of the package is a complete BTR camshaft upgrade, engineered to improve airflow through the engine and maximise the efficiency of the supercharged LT4 platform. The upgraded camshaft delivers a more aggressive power curve, stronger mid-range performance and increased top-end power, transforming the driving experience both on the road and at the track.

To support the increased performance potential, the package includes a BTR rocker trunnion upgrade, enhancing valvetrain durability and reliability under high-load conditions. The timing system is also comprehensively upgraded with a Katech heavy-duty timing chain, C5.R chain guide and billet timing cover, providing additional strength and confidence for high-performance applications.

A Katech wet sump oil pump is installed during the upgrade process to ensure optimal oil control and lubrication, supporting long-term engine reliability. All required service components, including a new harmonic balancer seal, engine oil filter, premium synthetic engine oil, coolant and associated gaskets and consumables, are replaced during installation.

To maximise the benefits of the hardware upgrades, HP-F performs a complete custom ECU calibration using HP Tuners software. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise fuel delivery, ignition timing, airflow modelling and camshaft operation, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

The package also includes a custom TCU (Transmission Control Unit) calibration, designed to enhance shift speed, improve shift quality and optimise transmission operation to suit the increased performance capabilities of the upgraded engine.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the power and torque improvements achieved through the package.

At the completion of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed dyno report showcasing the final results.
