Camaro LT1 6.2L — Stage 5 Performance Package - The Camaro LT1 6.2L Stage 5 upgrade is engineered as a complete high‑performance transformation, combining advanced airflow modifications, precision valvetrain upgrades, and a premium forced‑induction system to deliver exceptional power gains with uncompromised reliability.

Engine & Airflow Upgrades - The process begins with our technicians fitting a BTR Gen‑V 220 camshaft paired with Higgins CNC‑ported cylinder heads. This combination dramatically increases airflow, sharpens throttle response, and produces a far more aggressive power curve across the entire rev range.
We then install a high‑flow cold air intake system, ensuring the engine receives a greater volume of clean, cool air. To further enhance breathing efficiency, we fit 4‑into‑1 performance headers and high‑flow catalytic converters, reducing back pressure and unlocking that signature LT1 V8 tone.

Forced Induction — Harrop TVS2650 Supercharger - Stage 5 introduces a major leap in performance with the addition of the Harrop TVS2650 Supercharger. This premium, Australian‑engineered unit delivers massive, efficient boost with exceptional thermal stability. The TVS2650 provides instant torque, relentless mid‑range pull, and top‑end power that completely transforms the Camaro’s character.

Fuel System — KPM 1000hp Upgrade - To support the increased airflow and boost, we integrate the KPM 1000hp Fuel System. This upgrade ensures consistent fuel delivery under high load, maintaining safe air‑fuel ratios and providing the headroom required for reliable high‑horsepower performance.

Exhaust System Upgrade - We complete the breathing package with a dual 3-inch cat‑back exhaust system, designed to complement the increased flow from the headers and supercharger. The result is a deep, commanding exhaust note that matches the vehicle’s newfound performance.

Custom ECU Calibration - With all hardware installed, your Camaro undergoes a full custom ECU calibration on our dynamometer. Using the latest tuning software, we optimise ignition timing, fuel mapping, camshaft phasing, and boost control to ensure every component works in perfect harmony. The tune is tailored specifically to your vehicle for maximum power, drivability, and efficiency.

Final Testing & Verification - The upgrade concludes with comprehensive dyno and road testing, allowing us to refine drivability and confirm the system performs flawlessly in real‑world conditions.
