Take your Camaro ZL1 to the next level with our Stage 2 package upgrade. Designed for owners chasing a stronger and more complete performance package, this upgrade builds on the factory LT4 platform with improved airflow, increased boost, enhanced exhaust flow, refined engine and transmission calibration, and supporting hardware selected to deliver serious performance while maintaining excellent street manners and everyday drivability.

The Stage 2 upgrade includes custom ECU remapping using HP Tuners, with a tailored engine calibration specific to your vehicle, fuel, modifications and intended use. This optimises fuel delivery, ignition timing, throttle response and boost control to safely maximise performance from the upgraded combination. Custom TCU remapping is also included to improve shift speed, shift feel and torque management, helping the transmission respond more effectively to the increased power and torque.

To support the increased performance level, the package includes an ATI harmonic balancer to help reduce crankshaft harmonics and improve durability in high-performance applications. A Harrop 235mm LT4 15% overdrive balancer pulley is fitted to increase supercharger speed, producing additional boost pressure and a significant lift in power output. A new high-quality drive belt is supplied to suit the upgraded pulley configuration and help maintain reliable belt grip under load.

The induction and exhaust upgrades are a key part of the Stage 2 package. A Roto-Fab Big Gulp air intake system is fitted to maximise airflow into the supercharger, improving induction efficiency, throttle response and power potential. The package also includes Hurricane 1-7/8" ceramic coated extractors and a 3" dual exhaust system with bimodal valves and 4" tips, delivering improved exhaust flow, reduced restriction, enhanced performance and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note.

Additional supporting components include a billet LT engine thermostat housing for improved durability and a premium engine bay finish, along with NGK LTR7IX-11 iridium spark plugs selected to suit the increased cylinder pressure and combustion temperatures associated with higher boost levels. These are complemented by a BTR ignition lead set and Harrop plug wire heat boots to provide reliable spark delivery and added protection from exhaust heat. A Harrop balancer pinning kit is also fitted to securely lock the crank pulley to the crankshaft and help prevent pulley movement under high load conditions.

All required fluids, seals, gaskets and workshop consumables are included to complete the installation to HPF standards. The package is professionally installed by HPF technicians and includes comprehensive dyno testing and final custom calibration to ensure the upgraded combination performs safely, consistently and to its full potential.

Expected results include a substantial increase in rear-wheel power and torque, sharper throttle response, stronger acceleration, improved mid-range and top-end performance, enhanced transmission behaviour and a more aggressive sound to match the upgraded performance. The combination of increased boost, improved intake and exhaust flow, and custom tuning delivers a much more responsive and exciting ZL1 driving experience.
