To support the increased demands placed on the supercharged LT4 engine, the package includes an upgraded ATI harmonic balancer, overdrive supercharger pulley and balancer pinning kit, providing enhanced durability and long-term reliability under high-performance conditions. Premium ignition components and colder heat-range spark plugs ensure consistent performance and dependable operation.

To maximise the benefits of the hardware upgrades, HP-F performs a complete custom ECU calibration using HP Tuners software. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise fuel delivery, ignition timing, boost control and airflow modelling, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

The package also includes a custom TCU (Transmission Control Unit) calibration, engineered to improve shift speed, refine shift quality and optimise transmission behaviour to fully utilise the significant increase in horsepower and torque.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the gains achieved through the Stage 3 package.
