The Stage 4 Ultimate Camaro ZL1 Package is designed for owners chasing the highest level of performance from the LT4 platform. This package combines a Harrop TVS2650 supercharger engine kit, CNC ported cylinder heads, camshaft and valvetrain upgrades, enhanced fuel delivery, increased airflow, improved exhaust flow and comprehensive custom ECU and TCU calibration to deliver an aggressive, high-output ZL1 package engineered for serious performance.

Custom ECU remapping is included using HP Tuners, with a tailored calibration developed specifically for the upgraded supercharger, camshaft, cylinder heads, fuel system, intake, exhaust and supporting components. This optimises fuel delivery, ignition timing, throttle response, boost control and overall engine behaviour to safely maximise the potential of the combination. Custom TCU remapping is also included to improve shift speed, shift feel and torque management, helping the transmission cope with the significant increase in power and torque.

At the centre of the Stage 4 Ultimate package is the Harrop TVS2650 supercharger engine kit, supplied with an 80mm pulley and 112mm throttle adaptor. This larger supercharger upgrade dramatically increases airflow capacity and boost potential compared with the factory LT4 unit. It is paired with a Katech 112mm throttle body and Roto-Fab Big Gulp air intake kit to further improve intake flow, throttle response and overall power potential. The package also includes a Griptec 80mm pulley to provide improved belt grip and consistent boost delivery under load.

The engine upgrade is supported by Higgins CNC ported cylinder heads with stainless steel exhaust valves, helping improve airflow, combustion efficiency and high-RPM performance. A BTR camshaft upgrade package and BTR rocker trunnion kit are included to deliver a stronger, more aggressive power curve while improving valvetrain strength and reliability. Supporting timing and oiling upgrades include a Katech VVT delete timing cover kit, Katech C5R timing chain, Katech timing chain guide kit and Katech oil pump assembly, providing the foundation required for a serious high-performance LT4 build.

To support the increased airflow and power output, the package includes a KPM 1500hp fuel pump kit to provide the fuel delivery required for the upgraded combination. An ATI harmonic balancer, Harrop 235mm LT4 15% overdrive balancer pulley, drive belt and Harrop balancer pinning kit are also included to support the pulley system and help maintain durability under high load. Additional supporting hardware includes a billet LT engine thermostat housing in natural silver, eight NGK LTR7IX-11 iridium spark plugs, a BTR ignition lead set and Harrop plug wire heat boots for reliable ignition performance and added protection from exhaust heat. 

Exhaust flow is improved through Hurricane 1-7/8" ceramic coated extractors and a 3" dual exhaust system with bimodal valves and 4" tips, reducing restriction and giving the ZL1 a deeper, more aggressive sound to match the upgraded performance. All required fluids, seals, gaskets and workshop consumables are included, along with labour to fit, test and calibrate the package to HPF standards.

The Stage 4 Ultimate package includes before and after dyno testing, providing a clear dyno graph that demonstrates the performance gains achieved from the complete upgrade and final custom calibration. Expected results include a major increase in rear-wheel power and torque, dramatically improved acceleration, stronger mid-range and top-end performance, sharper throttle response, enhanced transmission behaviour and a far more aggressive engine and exhaust character.
