The HP-F Stage 2 Performance Package for the Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 has been developed to enhance the performance, sound and driving experience of the remarkable LT6 engine. Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This allows us to accurately measure and demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the core of the package is a high-performance carbon fibre intake system designed to maximise airflow into the engine while reducing restriction. Working alongside a centre-exit exhaust conversion with a performance cat-back exhaust system, the LT6 is able to breathe more efficiently, improving throttle response, power delivery and overall engine performance.

The upgraded exhaust system not only enhances exhaust flow but also amplifies the unmistakable sound of the flat-plane crank V8. The result is a more aggressive and engaging exhaust note that perfectly complements the high-revving nature of the Corvette Z06.

To maximise the benefits of these performance upgrades, HP-F performs a complete ECU and TCM unlock followed by a bespoke calibration developed specifically for your vehicle. Extensive dyno time is dedicated to refining and validating the calibration, ensuring optimal performance gains while maintaining factory-like drivability and reliability.

Our custom TCM (Transmission Control Module) calibration is engineered to deliver faster, more precise gear changes and improved power delivery, allowing the dual-clutch transmission to fully utilise the additional performance available from the upgraded package.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the power and torque improvements achieved through the Stage 2 package.

At the completion of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed dyno report showcasing the gains achieved.
