The HP-F Stage 3 Performance Package for the Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 has been developed to unlock the next level of performance from the naturally aspirated LT6 engine. Combining enhanced intake and exhaust flow with E85 optimisation and comprehensive engine and transmission calibration, this package delivers improved power, sharper throttle response and an even more exhilarating driving experience.

Every upgrade begins with a pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides a clear benchmark and allows us to accurately measure the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the core of the package is a high-performance carbon fibre intake system designed to maximise airflow into the engine while maintaining exceptional filtration and efficiency. Complementing the intake upgrade is a centre-exit exhaust conversion incorporating a performance cat-back exhaust system that enhances exhaust flow and delivers the unmistakable sound the flat-plane crank LT6 is renowned for.

To further increase performance potential, the vehicle is converted to run on E85 fuel, allowing the engine to take advantage of ethanol's higher octane rating and cooling properties. This enables more aggressive calibration strategies, helping unlock additional horsepower and torque while maintaining safe operating parameters.

To ensure every component works seamlessly together, HP-F performs a complete ECU and TCM unlock followed by extensive dyno validation and calibration refinement. Our tuning process is designed to optimise engine performance, throttle response and transmission behaviour while maintaining drivability and reliability.

Our bespoke TCM (Transmission Control Module) calibration enhances shift speed, improves shift quality and ensures the dual-clutch transmission can fully utilise the increased performance available from the upgraded package.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the gains achieved through the Stage 3 package.
