The Ford Everest 3.2L Stage-4 Performance Upgrade delivers exceptional power and performance, targeting 235kW and 800Nm of torque, with premium HPD, Gturbo, and enhanced fuel delivery components. We begin with a baseline dyno run on our 4WD dynamometer to confirm your vehicle’s condition and establish a performance benchmark. Upon completion, you receive a dyno graph comparing before and after power and torque gains.

Upgrades

1. HPD Front Mounted Intercooler
   Engineered for enhanced cooling under high-performance conditions, the HPD front-mounted intercooler reduces intake temperatures and increases air density, boosting engine efficiency and power output.
    
2. Gturbo FR-G300 Turbocharger
   The Gturbo FR-G300 turbocharger significantly increases power and torque, delivering rapid spool-up, improved airflow, and reliability to achieve the targeted 235kW and 800Nm output for superior performance.
    
3. +30% Injector Nozzles
   Upgraded +30% injector nozzles enhance fuel delivery, providing increased fuel flow to support the Gturbo FR-G300’s higher power output, optimizing combustion efficiency for improved torque and responsiveness.
    
4. HPF Custom Dyno Tune
   Using advanced ECU tuning software, we optimize your vehicle’s ECU on the dyno in real-time to achieve 235kW and 800Nm, maximizing power, torque, and fuel efficiency. Road testing ensures final adjustments for optimal performance and driveability.
