Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the heart of the package is a combination of an AFE Takeda Cold Air Intake, Overtake Performance Intercooler and a complete Invidia Turbo-Back Exhaust System. Together, these upgrades significantly improve airflow through the intake, turbocharger and exhaust system, allowing the FA20 engine to operate more efficiently across the entire rev range.

The upgraded intercooler provides improved cooling capacity, reducing intake air temperatures and helping maintain consistent performance under demanding driving conditions. Combined with the increased airflow from the intake system and the reduced exhaust restriction of the turbo-back exhaust, the turbocharger is able to spool faster and deliver stronger, more consistent boost pressure.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the gains achieved through the Stage 3 package.
