The HP-F Stage 2 Performance Package for the Ford Mustang GT has been developed to unlock the true potential of the naturally aspirated 5.0L Coyote V8. Combining enhanced intake airflow, a complete high-flow exhaust system and bespoke dyno calibration, this package delivers substantial gains in power, torque and throttle response while creating an unmistakable V8 soundtrack.

Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the heart of the package is a JLT Cold Air Intake System with Snap-In Lid, designed to improve airflow into the engine and reduce intake restriction. By allowing the Coyote V8 to breathe more efficiently, the intake system enhances throttle response, engine efficiency and overall performance throughout the rev range.

To further enhance engine breathing, Stage 2 incorporates a complete performance exhaust package featuring 1-7/8" long-tube headers, high-flow catalytic converters and a dual 3-inch stainless steel cat-back exhaust system. This dramatically improves exhaust flow, reduces back pressure and allows the engine to produce stronger power and torque across the entire rev range.

The upgraded exhaust system not only improves performance but also delivers the aggressive V8 exhaust note Mustang enthusiasts love, enhancing the overall driving experience both on the street and at the track.

To maximise the benefits of the hardware upgrades, HP-F performs a bespoke custom dyno calibration developed specifically for your vehicle. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise ignition timing, fuel delivery, throttle response and engine management strategies, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the improvements achieved through the Stage 2 package.

At the completion of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed dyno report showcasing the final power and torque gains.
