Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the heart of the package is the Harrop FDFI 2650 Intercooled Supercharger System, delivering approximately 10 PSI of boost pressure to dramatically increase power and torque across the entire rev range. Featuring Eaton's latest TVS rotor technology and an integrated intercooling system, the Harrop 2650 provides instant throttle response, immense mid-range torque and relentless acceleration.

To maximise the performance and reliability of the supercharged combination, the package includes a Harrop Cold Air Intake System, allowing the supercharger to draw cooler, less restrictive airflow while improving overall engine efficiency.

The engine's breathing capability is further enhanced through a complete performance exhaust package, incorporating 4-into-1 headers, high-flow catalytic converters and a dual 3-inch cat-back exhaust system. This significantly reduces exhaust restriction, allowing the supercharged Coyote V8 to operate more efficiently while producing an aggressive exhaust note that perfectly complements its newfound performance.

Recognising the increased demands placed on the engine under boost, HP-F also installs billet oil pump gears and a billet lower crank gear. These proven reliability upgrades provide additional strength and durability for high-performance applications, making them an essential component of any serious forced-induction Coyote package.

Fuel delivery is supported by an upgraded DeatschWerks in-tank fuel pump, ensuring the engine receives the fuel volume required to safely support increased power levels across all operating conditions.

To bring the complete package together, HP-F performs a bespoke custom dyno calibration developed specifically for your vehicle and modifications. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise fuel delivery, ignition timing, throttle response, airflow modelling and boost management, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the substantial gains achieved through the Stage 4 package.

At the completion of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed dyno report showcasing the final power and torque improvements.
