Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the heart of the package is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Intercooled Supercharger System, engineered to deliver substantial boost pressure and exceptional airflow throughout the rev range. Supporting the supercharger upgrade is a Whipple Dual Open Airbox System, designed to maximise airflow into the supercharger and minimise intake restriction. This allows the Coyote V8 to breathe more efficiently while ensuring the supercharger can operate at its full potential.

To further enhance performance, Stage 4 incorporates a complete performance exhaust package featuring 1-7/8" ceramic-coated long-tube headers, high-flow catalytic converters and a dual 3-inch stainless steel cat-back exhaust with bi-modal valves. This significantly improves exhaust flow, reduces back pressure and helps the engine produce greater power while delivering an aggressive V8 soundtrack on demand.

Recognising the increased demands placed on the engine under boost, the package includes Boundary billet oil pump gears and a billet lower crank gear. These proven reliability upgrades strengthen critical engine components and provide additional confidence when operating at higher power levels.

As part of the installation process, the vehicle receives a complete engine oil and filter service, ensuring optimal protection and reliability following the upgrade.

To unlock the full potential of the hardware package, HP-F performs a bespoke custom ECU dyno calibration developed specifically for your vehicle. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise fuel delivery, ignition timing, airflow modelling, throttle response and boost management, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then conducted to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the substantial gains achieved through the Stage 4 package.

At the completion of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed before-and-after dyno report showcasing the final power and torque improvements.
