The Landcruiser 200 Series 4.5L Stage 1 upgrade is designed to enhance your vehicle's performance through a series of carefully selected modifications. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician replacing the factory exhaust with a Manta dual 3.0" into 4" Engine-pipe back exhaust (w/ Mufflers), significantly improving the engine's breathing capabilities for enhanced performance.

Next, we install a Ryco NanoCel High Efficiency air filter to improve air flow into the enigine utilising the newly developed NanoCel technology, Ryco broadened the scope of this project beyond motorsport and explored how it can be adapted to enhance filtration in passenger and 4WD vehicles. Tailored for the Toyota LandCruiser 200 series and Lexus LX450D, this innovative air filter boasts a 10x reduction in dust and contamination compared to OE, while achieving an exceptional 99.99% filtering efficiency at 4 microns.

To maximize the benefits of these upgrades, we custom tune your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to enhance power, torque, and fuel efficiency. This tailored tuning process ensures that all modifications work seamlessly together, delivering outstanding performance.

The upgrade process is concluded with extensive road testing, allowing us to make any necessary final adjustments to further enhance your vehicle’s overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly illustrating the significant improvements achieved.

As with all of our upgrade packages, the Stage 1 upgrade is modular, providing customers with the flexibility to add further enhancements in the future without unnecessary expenditure.
