The Landcruiser 200 Series 4.5L Stage 1 upgrade is designed to enhance your vehicle's performance through a series of carefully selected modifications. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician replacing the factory exhaust with a Pacemaker dual 3.0" Engine-pipe back exhaust (w/ Mufflers), significantly improving the engine's breathing capabilities for enhanced performance.

Next, we install a Process West SEPR8R Air Oil Separator, which captures oil mist entering the engine's inlet manifold. This essential component helps prevent harmful carbon buildup in the intake system, promoting cleaner operation and improving overall engine efficiency.

To fully unlock the potential of these upgrades, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we meticulously optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency. This tuning process ensures that all modifications work seamlessly together for the best performance possible.

The upgrade process concludes with comprehensive road testing, allowing us to make any final adjustments to enhance your vehicle’s overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant improvements achieved.

As with all of our upgrade packages, the Stage 1 package is modular, providing customers the flexibility to add further enhancements in the future without incurring unnecessary costs.
