The Chrysler 300C 6.4L Stage 3 upgrade is designed to deliver exceptional performance enhancements through a comprehensive engine transformation. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician meticulously removing the engine from the vehicle and disassembling it to replace the factory camshaft with a high-performance camshaft, coupled with the installation of a phase limiter kit. We also replace the MDS lifters with Hellcat units and fit upgraded valve springs to the cylinder heads, ensuring improved performance and durability. The engine is then reassembled using new head gaskets and head bolts for reliability.

Next, we enhance airflow with the installation of a high-flow K&N cold air intake system, which outflows the standard intake by approximately 35%. Additionally, we fit 4-1 stainless steel extractors, high-flow metallic catalytic converters, and a dual 3" stainless steel cat-back exhaust system. This combination significantly increases the engine's breathing capabilities, further optimizing performance.

Once all components are installed, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring a smooth and exhilarating driving experience.

The upgrade process is finalized with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any necessary final adjustments that enhance your vehicle's overall performance and drivability. This extensive upgrade is completed within a week, and at the end of the process, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly showcasing the impressive improvements achieved.
