The Landcruiser 70 Series 4.5L Stage 1 upgrade is designed to enhance your vehicle's performance while maintaining reliability. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician replacing the restrictive factory snorkel head with a larger 3.5" hi-flow Safari unit, significantly improving airflow. We then fit a DPF back exhaust to further enhance the engine’s breathing capabilities.

Next, we fit a Process West SEPR8R Air Oil Separator to capture oil mist that can enter the engine's inlet manifold, preventing harmful buildup in the intake system.

Once these key components are installed, we perform a custom tune of your vehicle’s ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency. Comprehensive road testing follows to make any final adjustments, ensuring your Landcruiser is performing at its best.

At the conclusion of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly showing the significant improvements achieved.
