The HPF Stage 3 upgrade for the Ford FG FPV F6 and FGX XR6 Sprint is expertly designed to elevate engine performance through a series of targeted enhancements. The process begins with our trained technician fitting a stainless steel cat pipe equipped with a high-flow 3-inch body catalytic converter. This modification significantly improves exhaust flow, setting the stage for increased power.

Next, we upgrade the air intake system with the Process West Stage 1 intercooler kit, which is complemented by a high-flow Process West 'Race' cold air intake and battery relocation kit. These upgrades work together to enhance the engine's breathing capabilities, ensuring that it receives the optimal airflow necessary for high performance. To support this increased airflow, we also fit high-flow fuel injectors and a high-flow fuel pump, enhancing the fuel supply to the engine and enabling it to perform at its best.

Further refining the performance, we upgrade the wastegate control of the turbo, allowing for better boost management. This ensures that the engine operates efficiently under varying conditions. Once these modifications are in place, the vehicle's ECU undergoes real-time tuning on a dynamometer using the latest Ford ECU tuning software. This tuning process is critical for maximizing power, torque, and fuel efficiency, optimizing the vehicle's overall performance.

The upgrade process concludes with thorough road testing to make final adjustments, ensuring the vehicle's performance and drivability are fully optimized. At the end of the upgrade, we provide customers with a dyno graph that presents a comparison of power and torque before and after the HPF upgrade, showcasing the substantial performance gains achieved.

Like all HPF upgrade packages, the Stage 3 upgrade is modular. This design allows customers to add additional enhancements in the future, minimizing the need for redundant spending.
