The HP-F Stage 4 Performance Package for the Ford FG FPV F6 and FGX XR6 Sprint has been developed for enthusiasts seeking serious performance gains from the legendary Barra turbo platform. Combining a larger turbocharger with upgraded intake, intercooler, fuel system and exhaust components, this package delivers exceptional power, stronger boost response and an exhilarating driving experience while maintaining the reliability expected from a professionally engineered performance package.

Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the heart of the package is a Garrett GTX3582 Gen II turbocharger upgrade, providing significantly greater airflow capacity than the factory turbocharger while maintaining excellent responsiveness. Supporting the turbocharger is an upgraded wastegate flapper, exhaust housing and 12 PSI actuator package, delivering improved boost control and helping maximise performance throughout the rev range.

To support the increased airflow, the package incorporates a complete Process West Stage 2 intercooler system, including upgraded hot and cold-side piping. This dramatically improves charge-air cooling, helping maintain consistent power delivery under demanding driving conditions. A Process West Race Air Intake and battery relocation kit further enhance airflow to the turbocharger while creating a clean and efficient intake path.

The upgraded fuel system features high-performance fuel injectors and a Walbro 460 high-flow fuel pump, ensuring adequate fuel delivery for increased boost and power levels. These components provide the fuel capacity required to support the substantial performance gains available from the upgraded turbocharger combination.

A 3.5-inch turbo-back exhaust system with a 4-inch dump pipe significantly reduces exhaust restriction, allowing the turbocharger to operate more efficiently while improving boost response, power delivery and exhaust flow.

To improve valvetrain stability under higher boost and increased engine speed, Crow Cams Race Series valve springs and retainers are installed. These upgrades help maintain reliable valve control and support the increased performance potential of the package.

To bring the combination together, HP-F performs a bespoke custom dyno calibration tailored specifically to the vehicle and its modifications. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise boost control, fuel delivery, ignition timing and torque management, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the gains achieved through the Stage 4 package.

At the completion of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed dyno report showcasing the final power and torque improvements. • Modifications such as this package require the vehicle to be in excellent mechanical order.
• We advise against increasing the power output substantially on high kilometer engines, if your engine has in excessive of 150,000kms please contact us to discuss options.
