FG FPV F6/FGX XR6 Sprint | HPF STAGE 4 | 460KW

The HPF Stage 4 upgrade for the Ford FG FPV F6 and FGX XR6 Sprint is designed to deliver substantial performance improvements through a complete set of high-quality modifications. The process begins with our trained technician fitting a set of Crow Cams race series valve springs and retainers, which enhance valve control with higher boost levels. 

Next, we install a stainless steel 3.5-inch turbo back exhaust system paired with a 4-inch dump pipe. This upgrade significantly enhances exhaust flow, reducing back pressure and promoting greater efficiency. The standard turbo is then removed and replaced with a brand new Garrett GTX3582 Gen 2 turbocharger, equipped with a 42mm flapper valve and a 12psi actuator, capable of delivering impressive power levels of up to 500RWKW.

To support these power increases while maintaining reliability, we fit Process West's Stage 2 Stepped Intercooler kit, which includes CNC mandrel-bent intercooler piping and silicone hoses. This system is essential for keeping intake temperatures controlled, enabling constant and dependable power output. Additionally, the battery is relocated to the passenger's side of the engine bay to accommodate the Installation of the Process West 'Race' cold air intake, designed to provide optimal airflow to the turbo.

Fuel supply enhancements are made with the installation of high-performance injectors and a high-flow fuel pump, ensuring that the engine has the fuel necessary to match its increased power capabilities. Following these modifications, the vehicle’s ECU is tuned in real-time on a dynamometer using the latest Ford ECU tuning software. This tuning is critical for maximizing power, torque, and fuel efficiency.

The upgrade concludes with thorough road testing to make any final adjustments, ensuring that the vehicle’s performance and drivability are fully optimized. At the end of the upgrade, we provide a dyno graph that compares the vehicle's power and torque before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly demonstrating the substantial performance enhancements achieved.
