The HPF Stage 5 E85 upgrade for the Ford FG FPV F6 and FGX XR6 Sprint is a comprehensive performance enhancement package designed for serious power enthusiasts. The process begins with our trained technician installing heavy-duty valve springs and ARP head studs, which are essential for supporting higher power levels and maintaining engine integrity.

Next, we fit a stainless steel 4-inch turbo back exhaust system to improve exhaust flow significantly. The standard turbo is then removed and replaced with a brand new Garrett GTX3582 Gen2 super core, featuring a 42mm flapper valve and a 12psi actuator. This turbo is capable of producing up to 500RWKW, providing substantial power gains.

To ensure that the engine performs reliably under these enhanced conditions, we install Process West's Stage 2 intercooler kit, which includes CNC mandrel-bent intercooler piping and silicone hoses. This kit is designed to maintain optimal intake temperatures, ensuring consistent and dependable power delivery during operation.

To further optimize airflow to the turbo, the battery is relocated to the passenger's side of the engine bay, making room for the Process West 4" to 4" 'Race' cold air intake. This modification maximizes airflow, significantly enhancing turbo performance.

For fuel supply, we upgrade to a set of high-performance E85 compliant fuel injectors, a new high-flow in-tank pump, and an external surge tank featuring the Process West E85 compliant dual Walbro 460 fuel pump system. This setup is complemented by a high-flow pressure regulator and a plug-in wiring kit with a Pirotta flex fuel kit, ensuring that the engine receives the necessary fuel to perform at its peak.

Following the installation of these components, we tune the vehicle's ECU on a dynamometer in real-time using the latest Ford ECU tuning software. This critical tuning process maximizes power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring that all modifications function seamlessly together.

The upgrade process concludes with thorough road testing to make any final adjustments, optimizing the vehicle's overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, customers receive a dyno graph that compares before and after power and torque figures, clearly demonstrating the significant performance increases achieved through the HPF Stage 5 E85 upgrade.
