The HPF Stage 1 upgrade for the Ford FG, G6E, and FGX XR6 Turbo focuses on enhancing engine performance through several key modifications. The upgrade begins with our trained technician modifying the air box and fitting a high-flow K&N air filter. This modification significantly improves the engine's breathing capabilities, allowing for more efficient airflow.

To complement the increased airflow, we enhance the fuel supply to the engine by installing high-flow performance injectors and a Walbro high-flow fuel pump. These upgrades ensure that the engine receives an adequate amount of fuel to match the enhanced air intake, optimizing overall performance.

Once the mechanical modifications are in place, the vehicle’s ECU is tuned in real-time on a dynamometer. We utilize the latest Ford ECU tuning software for this process, which is crucial for maximizing power, torque, and fuel efficiency. This careful tuning ensures that all components work together harmoniously to provide the best possible performance.

The upgrade process is completed by conducting thorough road testing, allowing for any final adjustments to be made to optimize the vehicle’s performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, we provide you with a dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly illustrating the significant improvements achieved.
