The HP-F Stage 1 Performance Package for the Ford FG, G6E and FGX XR6 Turbo has been developed to deliver a substantial increase in power, torque and overall drivability while maintaining the reliability that has made the Barra engine legendary amongst performance enthusiasts.

Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved through the upgrade process.

At the core of the package is a combination of intake and fuel system upgrades designed to support increased airflow and fuel delivery. A high-performance air filter and modified factory airbox improve intake efficiency, helping the turbocharger operate more effectively while reducing restriction. To support the increased performance potential, the package also includes upgraded high-flow fuel injectors and a high-capacity fuel pump, ensuring the engine receives the fuel volume required to safely support higher power levels.

To maximise the benefits of these upgrades, HP-F performs a comprehensive custom dyno calibration tailored specifically to your vehicle. Using extensive dyno testing and data analysis, our experienced tuning team optimises boost control, fuel delivery, ignition timing and torque management to deliver safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and road testing to verify performance and drivability.
