The FGX/FPV GS, GT, and GT-P Supercharged Boss 5.0L Stage 1 upgrade is designed to enhance engine performance and efficiency significantly. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician fitting a high-flow air filter, which improves the engine's breathing capabilities and overall airflow.

Next, we install a Walbro high-flow fuel pump to ensure that the engine receives the necessary fuel supply to match the enhanced airflow. For Ute models, we further enhance exhaust performance by adding a dual 3-inch cat-back exhaust system, which improves exhaust flow and reduces back pressure, contributing to better engine efficiency.

Once the modifications are complete, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest HP Tuners Ford ECU tuning software, we optimize the engine for maximum power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring that all components work together harmoniously.

The upgrade process concludes with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any final adjustments needed to optimize your vehicle's performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, we provide you with a dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly illustrating the significant improvements achieved.

Like all HPF upgrade packages, the Stage 1 upgrade is modular, allowing customers the flexibility to add further enhancements in the future without incurring unnecessary costs.
