JEEP 5.7L HPF STAGE 5 | 470KW
The HPF 5.7L Hemi Stage-5 upgrade starts with our trained technician fitting a Whipple 5 th generation 3.0L intercooled supercharger kit. The air intake is also replaced as part of the package and the standard air box is removed and replaced with a Whipple High flow air box using a serviceable air filter element. We then custom tune your vehicle's ECU on the dyno utilizing the latest ECU tuning software to maximize power and torque and to optimize fuel efficiency. We complete the upgrade process by testing your vehicle on the road to make final adjustments, optimizing your vehicle's performance and driveability. This is all completed in four to five days and at the end of this upgrade you will be provided with a dyno graph detailing the power & torque increase of your vehicle. Cold air intake - The K&N Cold Air Induction (CAI) system features a large diameter free-flowing intake path to ensure maximum performance from your Hemi powered vehicle. It features a large surface area pod style air filter to assist in minimizing the restriction of air flow and is contained in a fabricated housing which seals against the underside of the vehicles bonnet to reduce the intake of hot air from inside the engine bay.

The all new, Whipple Gen-5 supercharger systems feature the latest patent pending dual intercooler, dual pass technology for industry leading cooling capacity, massive 112mm high flowing inlet, Gen-5 3/4 rotors and upgraded belt system to give you the most advanced upgrade available today. More power per pound of boost with neck whipping torque and ear to ear grinning top end horsepower, the Whipple Supercharger system is absolutely a beast! The all-new Whipple Gen-5 supercharger system features the same technology that Dodge uses for its factory built Drag Pak program and is helping teams set new records nearly every race weekend. This all-new supercharger features industry leading efficiency from idle to redline. All new bearings, gears, rotors and housing allow the new supercharger to spin faster, longer and safer while producing more power than any other positive displacement supercharger ever built. The new Gen-5 features an all-new 3/4 rotor combination vs previous 3/5, 285 deg helix vs previous 270 deg, new bell mouth inlet, optimized discharge port and increased diameter vs length for higher efficiency. The 3.0L in the description is the amount of air displaced in one revolution of the supercharger, i.e. for every one revolution of the supercharger, 3000cc’s of air is displaced.
Dyno Tuning – By optimizing the engine tune parameters in the vehicles PCM to suit 98 octane fuel, we are able to increase both power and torque and maximise fuel economy. Late model naturally aspirated cars are generally tuned very well from the manufacturer so depending on the vehicle platform mechanical parts to improve the engines intake & exhaust flow may need to be added to really get good gains.
