The Nissan NP300 D23 2.3L Stage 1 upgrade is expertly designed to enhance your vehicle's performance and reliability through a series of high-quality modifications. The process begins with our trained technician installing a Process West SEPR8R air oil separator, which effectively captures oil mist entering the engine's inlet manifold. This essential component helps prevent harmful carbon buildup in the intake system, preserving engine performance and reliability over time.

Next, we fit a CRG Fabrication hot side and throttle pipe combination. The hot pipe is specifically designed to eliminate the risk of oil leaking from the factory hot pipe to the turbo, which can lead to oil dripping onto the exhaust and potentially causing smoke or fire. The throttle body pipe is constructed from high-quality aluminum to ensure that the air temperature sensor remains securely attached, avoiding the issues seen with the factory setup. Additionally, we incorporate an alloy concentric reducing cone at the throttle body end to promote smoother airflow, effectively reducing the factory bottleneck and enhancing overall performance.

To complete this upgrade package, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, providing a dynamic and responsive driving experience.

The upgrade process is finalized with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any necessary adjustments to enhance your vehicle’s performance and drivability. At the conclusion of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant improvements achieved.
