The Nissan NP300 D23 2.3L Tow Upgrade is expertly designed to enhance your vehicle’s performance and reliability, especially under heavy towing conditions. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician installing a Process West SEPR8R air oil separator, which captures oil mist entering the engine's inlet manifold. This critical component helps prevent harmful carbon buildup in the intake system, ensuring the engine operates efficiently and maintains its reliability over time.

Next, we fit a new high-performance intercooler to effectively manage air intake temperatures, helping to keep them in check during extreme towing scenarios. This upgrade is essential for maintaining optimal engine performance and prevents overheating.

Following this, we install a CRG Fabrication hot side and throttle pipe combination. The hot pipe is specifically designed to eliminate the risk of oil leaking from the factory hot pipe to the turbo, a problem that can lead to oil dripping onto the exhaust and potentially causing smoke or fire. The throttle body pipe is made from high-quality aluminum, ensuring that the air temperature sensor remains securely attached, thereby resolving issues associated with the factory setup. An alloy concentric reducing cone is also incorporated at the throttle body end to promote smoother airflow, effectively reducing the factory bottleneck and enhancing overall performance.

We complete the mechanical upgrades with the installation of a 3" Manta stainless steel DPF back exhaust system, which further improves exhaust flow and enhances the vehicle's performance profile.

To finalize the upgrade package, we custom tune your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer, utilizing the latest ECU tuning software to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency. The tuning process ensures a smooth and responsive driving experience, tailored to meet the demands of towing.

The upgrade concludes with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any final adjustments needed to optimize your vehicle’s performance and drivability. At the end of this comprehensive upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly illustrating the significant improvements achieved.
