The Ford Ranger 3.2L Stage-3 Upgrade delivers exceptional power, torque, and reliability, targeting approximately 215kW and 650Nm, with premium Process West, Gturbo, and HPD components. We begin with a baseline dyno run on our 4WD dynamometer to confirm your vehicle’s condition and establish a performance benchmark. Upon completion, you receive a dyno graph comparing before and after power and torque gains.

- Process West SEPR8R Catch Can
Diesel engines generate combustion pressure that leaks past piston rings, causing crankcase pressure buildup, oil leaks, and reduced power. The Process West SEPR8R Catch Can captures oil mist from the crankcase vent, preventing it from coating the intercooler and inlet system, improving performance and fuel economy.

Designed to combat heat soak during sustained hard driving, the TERRATUFF intercooler reduces intake temperatures by up to 40°C, increasing air density for improved performance. Its bar and plate construction ensures durability and impact resistance, with a core size of 700mm x 247mm x 75mm for enhanced cooling surface area and OEM-style fitment.
- Gturbo FR2-G300 NextGEN Turbocharger
The Gturbo FR2-G300 turbocharger boosts power to approximately 215kW and 650Nm, extending the powerband to 4000rpm. Designed for 34psi (operable from 16–37psi via ECU control), it offers increased airflow, reliability, and direct-fit installation, aligning the Ranger’s performance with modern 3L V6 turbo diesels. Manufactured in Balcatta, WA, it includes a 1-year warranty.
- HPD Bar & Plate Transmission Oil Cooler
High-performance driving increases transmission stress. The HPD Bar & Plate Transmission Oil Cooler efficiently manages heat, maintaining optimal transmission fluid temperatures to extend transmission life and ensure smooth performance under load.
- Custom ECU and TCU Tuning
Using advanced tuning software, we optimize your vehicle’s ECU and Transmission Control Unit (TCU) on the dyno in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency while aligning transmission shift points with the upgraded powerband. Road testing ensures final adjustments for optimal performance and driveability.
