The Hilux N80 Stage 4 upgrade package is expertly designed to deliver exceptional enhancements in power, performance, and efficiency for your vehicle. The process begins with our trained technician fitting a G-Turbo GD-G380 Vortex turbocharger. This powerful upgrade addresses the power and torque limitations of the 2.8L engine, significantly boosting performance throughout the rev range.

Next, we install a Process West front mount intercooler, which is essential for optimizing cooling. The factory intercooler often struggles with sustained hard driving or towing, so we replace it with a heavy-duty, larger capacity intercooler and robust piping. This design ensures better heat management during demanding conditions, and the silicone hoses are significantly more durable than the factory rubber hoses, preserving engine performance and reliability. This intercooler has been known to achieve temperature drops of up to 40 degrees, ensuring consistent engine operation.

To complement the turbo upgrade, we fit new +30% fuel injector caps that increase fuel injector capacity, allowing for the proper fuel delivery needed to match the increased airflow. Additionally, the installation of a Pacemaker DPF back exhaust system enhances exhaust flow, further improving engine breathing and power output.

To complete the package, we install a Process West SEPR8R air oil separator, which captures oil mist entering the engine's inlet manifold, preventing harmful buildup in the intake system and contributing to cleaner engine performance.

Once all components are installed, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, providing you with a smooth and responsive driving experience.

The upgrade process is finalized with comprehensive road testing, allowing us to make any necessary final adjustments to enhance your vehicle’s overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant improvements achieved.
