HEMI Gen3 6.4L & 6.2L S/C | Head & Cam Upgrade

Leveraging relationships with some of the biggest names in the aftermarket automotive industry, HPF delivers a premium Head & Cam solution for the Gen111 Hemi engine so if power is what your chasing, then look no further. 

We start by talking to you the customer to establish what sort of result you are looking for and then based on that discussion we advise you on our camshaft recommendation. Once the plan is set, we move on to performing a baseline dyno run to establish what your car makes on the HPF dyno, then the cooling system gets flushed and the top of the engine is removed. 

Your heads are then sent off to Higgins Race Heads for CNC porting and the old cam and lifters are removed. The surfaces are cleaned and cam bearing inspected. We continue by installing the Crow Cams’s camshafts line up, Crows Phaser limiter / lock systems, and valve springs. 

We offer a number of different sized camshafts for the Hemi including our renowned Stage 1 for the 5.7L Ram, Jeep GC & 300c, which offers an additional 1500rpm of powerband and a nice chunky idle, too a boosted Trackhawk camshaft that offers a very tough idle and the extra power to match – choose you’re poison. 

Supporting the  Croa Cams components are high quality non-MDS hydraulic lifters, heavy duty Crow Cams pushrods, quality gaskets and lubricants. Once the engine is all put back together, the tune commences on the dyno. Performed over 4-5 days and supplied back to you with a before and after dyno graph your new Gen111 Hemi will be grumpy to meet you!

  • CNC ported cylinder heads - The late model Hemi engines benefit from accurate CNC cylinder head porting. We use Higgins Race Heads out of Dandenong Victoria exclusively for all of our cylinder head porting requirements. CNC porting is the computer-controlled reproduction of a port design machined into your cylinder head casting, this ensures each intake and exhaust port not only flows and has the highest velocity as possible but also flows exactly the same as the port next to it. Higgins Race Heads thoroughly recondition the cylinder head including decking flat the surface, CNC combustion chamber machining and valve seat angles, tip and reface the valves, new valve stem seals and fitting the HPF supplied Brian Tooley Racing valve springs.

Crow Cams HEMI VVT TRUCK NORRIS Camshaft

  • Specs: 212/23X, .587/.586, 109.5 LSA

Unleash the power of the legendary HEMI with Crow Cams’ Truck Norris Camshaft. Designed for high performance, this camshaft delivers impressive gains. Testing shows gains over stock starting at 2000 RPM, with an increase of 71 HP and 62 lb-ft at 6000 RPM. The Truck Norris provides an additional 1500 RPM of usable range while maintaining drivability, pulling strong up to 7000 RPM. Results achieved with E85 fuel.

Crow Cams HEMI VVT STAGE 2 Camshaft

Elevate your engine's performance with Crow Cams’ Stage 2 Camshaft. This option is perfect for those looking to delete MDS or enhance a 5.7 or 6.4 HEMI. It provides significant power gains and maintains near OEM driving characteristics when combined with aftermarket exhaust and intake. Gains over stock appear above 2300 RPM, peaking at 71 HP and 62 lb-ft at 6000 RPM. The Stage 2 continues strong past 6700 RPM, with an extra 1200 RPM of usable range. Results achieved with E85 fuel.

Crow Cams HEMI VVT STAGE 3 Camshaft

The Stage 3 Camshaft from Crow Cams is designed for enthusiasts seeking a substantial upgrade. It enhances performance while maintaining drivability when paired with aftermarket components. With gains starting above 3000 RPM and peaking at 82 HP and 71 lb-ft at 6000 RPM, it provides an additional 1600 RPM of usable range and continues pulling strong past 7000 RPM. Results achieved with E85 fuel.

Crow Cams HEMI VVT STAGE 4 Camshaft

  • Specs: 224/24X, .587/.586, 112.5 LSA

Optimize your HEMI’s performance with Crow Cams’ Stage 4 Camshaft. This camshaft is engineered for maximum gains, starting at 3800 RPM and peaking at 83 HP and 72 lb-ft at 6000 RPM. It offers an additional 1900 RPM of usable range while maintaining drivability with aftermarket setups, continuing strong past 7100 RPM. Results achieved with E85 fuel.
