The Landcruiser 200 Series 4.5L Stage 2 Tow upgrade is expertly designed to enhance your vehicle's performance and efficiency through a series of high-quality modifications. The process begins with our trained technician replacing the factory exhaust with a larger Manat dual 3.0" to 4" high-flow turbo back exhaust system. This upgrade significantly improves the engine's breathing capabilities, allowing for better exhaust flow and maximizing performance.

We then fit the GTurbo Gen-2 Intercooler fan kit which is critical for controlling intake air temperatures. By cooling compressed air from the turbocharger, it improves air density, combustion, throttle response, and fuel efficiency, while protecting your engine from high intake temps. With the Gen 2 Fan Kit, you get constant airflow across the core, reducing heat soak and ensuring your V8 performs at its best, even at low vehicle speeds or under heavy load.

Next, we install a Ryco NanoCel High Efficiency air filter to improve air flow into the enigine utilising the newly developed NanoCel technology, Ryco broadened the scope of this project beyond motorsport and explored how it can be adapted to enhance filtration in passenger and 4WD vehicles. Tailored for the Toyota LandCruiser 200 series and Lexus LX450D, this innovative air filter boasts a 10x reduction in dust and contamination compared to OE, while achieving an exceptional 99.99% filtering efficiency at 4 microns.

To ensure optimal performance from these enhancements, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, providing you with a responsive and exhilarating driving experience.

The upgrade process is finalized with extensive road testing, enabling us to make any necessary final adjustments that enhance your vehicle's overall performance and drivability. At the conclusion of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph that compares power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly demonstrating the significant improvements achieved.

Like all our upgrade packages, the Stage 2 upgrade is modular, allowing customers the flexibility to add further enhancements in the future without incurring unnecessary costs.
