The Landcruiser 200 Series 4.5L Stage 3 upgrade is meticulously crafted to provide substantial enhancements in performance and efficiency. The upgrade begins with our skilled technician fitting high-flow injectors (Exchange) along with a fitting kit, allowing for a significant increase in fuel delivery to meet the demands of the upgraded system.

Next, we replace the factory exhaust with a larger Manta dual 3" to 4" hi-flow turbo back exhaust system, which dramatically improves the engine’s breathing capabilities and enhances exhaust flow, resulting in better overall performance.

We then fit the GTurbo Gen-2 Intercooler fan kit which is critical for controlling intake air temperatures. By cooling compressed air from the turbocharger, it improves air density, combustion, throttle response, and fuel efficiency, while protecting your engine from high intake temps. With the Gen 2 Fan Kit, you get constant airflow across the core, reducing heat soak and ensuring your V8 performs at its best, even at low vehicle speeds or under heavy load.

Next, we install a GTurbo highflow airbox along with a Ryco NanoCel High Efficiency air filter to improve air flow into the enigine utilising the newly developed NanoCel technology, Ryco broadened the scope of this project beyond motorsport and explored how it can be adapted to enhance filtration in passenger and 4WD vehicles. Tailored for the Toyota LandCruiser 200 series and Lexus LX450D, this innovative air filter boasts a 10x reduction in dust and contamination compared to OE, while achieving an exceptional 99.99% filtering efficiency at 4 microns.

Once all these components are installed, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring a smooth and responsive driving experience.

The upgrade process concludes with extensive road testing, allowing us to make any necessary adjustments to enhance your vehicle's overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant improvements achieved.

By removing the DPF from your vehicle, you acknowledge that it will no longer comply with EPA regulations. This modification is intended for off-road race use only and is not legal for operation on public roads. Use of a DPF removal may lead to increased emissions and potential legal liabilities.
