The Landcruiser 70 Series 4.5L Stage 4 upgrade is meticulously designed to provide exceptional enhancements in performance, power delivery, and cooling efficiency. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician fitting a pair of new GTurbo VD-G400 TITAN turbochargers paired with 30% high-flow injectors, resulting in a significant increase in both air and fuel delivery to maximize engine performance.

To further optimize cooling, we install a cutting-edge intercooler that features the latest lightweight tube and fin core from Europe. This intercooler is complemented by our precision-engineered CNC-folded tanks, designed from years of motorsport fabrication experience and refined through computer fluid simulation. This innovative design ensures highly efficient and unrestricted airflow throughout the entire intercooler core, eliminating swirl pockets or restrictions that could impede performance. Unlike traditional cast tanks that can heat soak, our hand-built sheet aluminum tanks do not store thermal energy, effectively preventing unwanted heat saturation.

Additionally, we replace the factory snorkel head with a larger 3.5" hi-flow Pacemaker unit and integrate a GTurbo high-flow airbox with an intake power pipe to further enhance the engine’s breathing capabilities. For the exhaust system, we install a 4" turbo back stainless steel exhaust that significantly improves flow and adds an aggressive sound.

To maintain cleaner engine operation, we also fit a Process West SEPR8R Air Oil Separator, which captures any oil mist entering the engine's inlet manifold, preventing harmful buildup in the intake system.

Once all components are installed, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring a smooth and responsive driving experience.

The upgrade concludes with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any necessary final adjustments to enhance your vehicle’s performance and drivability. Upon completion of the Stage 4 upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly highlighting the substantial improvements achieved.
