The BRZ / 86 Stage 3 upgrade is expertly designed to elevate your vehicle's performance through a series of high-quality modifications. The upgrade process commences with the installation of a Harrop TVS1320 positive displacement intercooled supercharger kit, specifically engineered to enhance the engine’s breathing capabilities. When paired with the standard 95mm drive pulley, the TVS1320 produces 4.5 psi of boost at 2000 RPM, yielding an impressive 53% increase in torque. As RPMs increase, it ramps up to a maximum of 8.7 psi at 7400 RPM, delivering an outstanding 50% increase in top-end power.

To fully realize the potential of this upgrade, we additionally fit PSR unequal-length headers and an Invidia Q300 cat-back exhaust system. This combination amplifies exhaust flow and enhances the overall sound, further improving the performance profile of your BRZ or 86. Following these installations, we proceed to conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest Subaru ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring a responsive and exhilarating driving experience.

The upgrade process is finalized with comprehensive road testing, allowing us to make any necessary adjustments to enhance your vehicle's overall performance and drivability. At the conclusion of the upgrade, you will receive a dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly highlighting the significant improvements achieved.

Designed and manufactured by Harrop to OE standards, the TVS1320 Supercharger system features the latest generation Eaton TVS supercharger technology, specifically tailored for the FA20 engine. Its front drive/front inlet design facilitates a shorter, less restrictive intake path, improving airflow and enhancing overall performance. Furthermore, the integrated setup includes two high-density water-to-air intercoolers that ensure optimal air distribution across the intercooler face.

The installation of the TVS1320 supercharger maintains an OEM appearance and fitment, benefiting from Harrop's extensive experience in designing and supplying OE supercharger programs for well-known brands such as Ford and Lotus.
