The BRZ / 86 Stage 4 upgrade is expertly designed to deliver exceptional performance enhancements through a series of precision-engineered modifications. The upgrade process begins with the installation of a Harrop TVS1320 positive displacement intercooled supercharger kit, which is specifically tailored to improve the engine’s breathing capabilities. 

To optimize the full potential of this upgrade, we also install PSR unequal-length headers, along with an Invidia Q300 cat-back exhaust system. Additionally, a flex fuel kit with upgraded injectors are installed to enable the introduction of E85 fuel, allowing for even greater power and performance enhancements.

Following the installation of these key components, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest Subaru ECU tuning software, we meticulously optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency. This ensures that every component works in harmony, providing a responsive and exhilarating driving experience.

The upgrade process concludes with thorough road testing, enabling us to make final adjustments that enhance your vehicle's overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly showcasing the remarkable improvements achieved.

Designed and manufactured by Harrop to meet OE standards, the TVS1320 Supercharger system utilizes the latest generation Eaton TVS technology, specifically designed for the FA20 engine. Its front drive/front inlet design allows for a shorter, less restrictive intake path, improving airflow and overall performance. Moreover, the integrated design includes two high-density water-to-air intercoolers, ensuring optimal air distribution across the intercooler face.

The installation of the TVS1320 supercharger maintains an OEM appearance and fitment, leveraging Harrop's extensive experience in designing and supplying OE supercharger programs for reputable brands like Ford and Lotus. With the Stage 4 upgrade, your BRZ or 86 will deliver an exhilarating performance boost that perfectly balances reliability with an engaging driving experience, taking your journey to unprecedented levels of excitement.
