The Ford FG XR8 and FG GT Boss V8 Stage 4 upgrade is meticulously crafted to deliver outstanding performance enhancements through a series of advanced modifications. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician installing the Harrop HTV-2300 intercooled supercharger kit, a central feature of this upgrade. This powerful supercharger significantly boosts the air supply to the engine, resulting in dramatic improvements in horsepower and torque.

In conjunction with the supercharger, we also fit a high-flow air box equipped with a reusable pod-style air filter. This upgrade effectively increases airflow into the engine, optimizing its breathing capabilities and preparing it for the next phase of enhancements. To support the heightened fuel demands created by the supercharger, we install a robust 700HP fuel pump and regulator upgrade, ensuring that the engine receives a consistent and reliable fuel supply for optimal performance.

After completing the supercharger and fuel system upgrades, we perform a comprehensive exhaust upgrade. This includes fitting extractors, high-flow catalytic converters, and a dual cat-back exhaust system. This combination works to enhance exhaust flow and reduce back pressure, allowing the engine to operate more efficiently while producing a deeper, more aggressive sound that complements the performance upgrades.

Once all modifications are in place, we proceed with a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest Ford ECU tuning software, we meticulously optimize the engine's parameters to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency. This tuning process is crucial for ensuring that all modified components work seamlessly together, resulting in peak performance.

The upgrade process concludes with extensive road testing, during which we make any necessary final adjustments to enhance your vehicle's overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, you will receive a dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly illustrating the remarkable improvements achieved.

As with all HPF upgrade packages, the Stage 4 upgrade is modular, offering customers the flexibility to add further enhancements in the future without incurring unnecessary costs.
