The HPF Stage 5 upgrade for the Ford FG, G6E, and FGX XR6 Turbo is crafted to deliver an unparalleled performance enhancement, commencing with the installation of high-performance valve springs and retainers. We then fit a stainless steel 4-inch turbo back exhaust system to dramatically improving exhaust flow and overall engine efficiency.

A standout feature of this upgrade is the removal of the standard turbo, which is replaced with a brand new Garrett Pro GTX3582 turbocharger. This unit is equipped with a 42mm flapper valve and a 12psi actuator, capable of producing impressive power levels of up to 500RWKW. To support this power output and ensure reliability, the Upgrade includes the Process West Stage 2 intercooler kit. This kit features CNC mandrel-bent intercooler piping and silicone hoses, effectively managing intake temperatures for consistent and dependable performance.

In optimizing airflow, the battery is relocated to the passenger's side of the engine bay, eliminating any obstructions for the installation of the Process West 4" to 4" 'Race' cold air intake. This modification maximizes airflow to the turbo, further enhancing engine performance. Fuel supply is also upgraded significantly with the addition of E85 compliant high-performance fuel injectors, a new high-flow in-tank pump, and an external surge tank paired with the Process West E85 compliant dual fuel pump system. This setup includes a high-flow fuel rail, pressure regulator, and a plug-in wiring kit, along with a Pirotta flex fuel kit to manage E85 fuel delivery.

To ensure the engine can withstand the increased performance demands, heavy-duty valve springs and ARP head studs are installed, complementing the quality of Crow products. Following the mechanical upgrades, the vehicle's ECU undergoes real-time tuning on a dynamometer using the latest Ford ECU tuning software to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency.

Once all modifications are complete, the upgrade process concludes with extensive road testing to fine-tune the vehicle's performance and drivability. At the end of this upgrade, customers receive a dyno graph that displays a comparison of power and torque before and after the HPF upgrade, showcasing the substantial performance improvements achieved through this comprehensive package.
