The HPF Stage 2 upgrade for the Ford FG, G6E, and FGX XR6 Turbo is designed to significantly enhance engine performance through a series of carefully planned modifications. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician modifying the air box and fitting a high-flow air filter, which increases the engine's breathing capabilities and improves airflow efficiency.

Next, we enhance the fuel supply to the engine by installing high-flow performance injectors and a high-flow fuel pump. These improvements ensure that the engine has the necessary fuel to match the enhanced airflow. Additionally, we replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a 3-inch high-flow cat pipe and catalytic converter, allowing for better exhaust flow and reducing back pressure.

Once these modifications are in place, we tune your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer in real-time using the latest Ford ECU tuning software. This tuning process is essential for maximizing power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring that all upgrades work together effectively to enhance performance.

The upgrade process is finalized with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any necessary adjustments to optimize your vehicle’s performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, we provide you with a dyno graph comparing the before and after power and torque figures, clearly demonstrating the improvements made through the HPF upgrade.

Like all HPF upgrade packages, the Stage 2 upgrade is modular, providing customers with the flexibility to add further enhancements in the future without incurring unnecessary costs.
