At the heart of the package is a complete intake and intercooler upgrade designed to maximise airflow and reduce charge-air temperatures. The high-flow race intake system, upgraded intercooler and performance intercooler piping work together to improve turbocharger efficiency while delivering cooler, denser air to the engine. This allows the Barra engine to produce more power consistently while maintaining excellent reliability under demanding conditions.

To support increased boost levels and airflow, the package includes upgraded high-flow fuel injectors and a high-capacity fuel pump, ensuring adequate fuel delivery for safe and reliable power production. Upgraded valve springs and retainers are also fitted to provide improved valvetrain stability and reliability at higher engine speeds and power levels.

A full turbo-back performance exhaust system further enhances engine performance by significantly reducing exhaust restriction. Improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to spool more efficiently, delivering improved throttle response, stronger mid-range torque and impressive top-end power.

To unlock the full potential of the hardware upgrades, HP-F performs a comprehensive custom dyno calibration tailored specifically to your vehicle. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise boost control, fuel delivery, ignition timing and engine management strategy, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and road testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the gains achieved through the Stage 3 package.
