The HPF Stage 3 upgrade for the Ford FG, G6E, and FGX XR6 Turbo is designed to significantly enhance performance through a series of carefully selected modifications. The process begins with the installation of new Crow Cams valve springs and retainers. This upgrade improves valve control for increaed boost levels, laying the foundation for the rest of the enhancements.

To optimize the engine's breathing capabilities, the upgrade includes the fitting of an X-Force turbo back exhaust system, which improves exhaust flow. Additionally, the air intake system is upgraded with the Process West 'Race' air intake and battery relocation kit, ensuring better air delivery to the engine. The factory intercooler is replaced with Process West's Stage 1 intercooler kit, which enhances cooling and airflow, further contributing to engine efficiency.

Fuel system enhancements are crucial for supporting the increased power demand, so high-performance fuel injectors and a high-flow fuel pump are installed. These components ensure that the engine receives an adequate fuel supply to perform at its best. After these upgrades, the vehicle's ECU is tuned in real-time on a dynamometer using advanced Ford ECU tuning software, optimizing power, torque, and fuel efficiency.

Once the upgrade process is complete, the vehicle undergoes thorough road testing to make any final adjustments, ensuring that the performance and drivability are optimized. To provide tangible results, a dyno graph is included, comparing the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade.

The modular nature of the HPF upgrade package allows customers the flexibility to add further enhancements in the future, minimizing the need to spend money multiple times.
