FG/G6E/FGX XR6 Turbo | HPF STAGE 4 | 460KW

The HPF Stage 4 upgrade for the Ford FG, G6E, FGX, and XR6 Turbo is designed to deliver exceptional performance enhancements through a comprehensive series of modifications. The process begins with the installation of Crow Cams race series valve springs and retainers, which improve valve control. The upgrade also includes a stainless steel 4-inch dump pipe and a 3.5-inch turbo back exhaust system, significantly enhancing exhaust flow and supporting the increased performance demands of the upgraded turbo.

A key component of the Stage 4 upgrade is the replacement of the standard turbo with a brand new Garrett GTX 3582 turbocharger. This turbo is equipped with a 42mm flapper valve and a 12psi actuator, capable of producing up to 500RWKW. To further improve the vehicle’s cooling and airflow, the upgrade features Process West's Stage 2 intercooler kit, which includes CNC mandrel-bent intercooler piping and silicone hoses. This setup helps maintain reliable intake temperatures, ensuring constant and dependable power delivery.

To facilitate optimal airflow to the turbo, the battery is relocated to the passenger's side of the engine bay, allowing for the installation of the Process West 'Race' cold air intake. To support the increased power output, fuel supply enhancements are made with a set of high-performance injectors and a high-flow fuel pump, ensuring that the engine receives the necessary fuel for peak performance.

After all modifications are completed, the vehicle's ECU is tuned in real-time on a dynamometer using the latest Ford ECU tuning software. This process maximizes power, torque, and fuel efficiency, pushing the vehicle's capabilities to the limit. Finally, the vehicle undergoes road testing to make any necessary final adjustments, optimizing overall performance and drivability.

At the conclusion of the upgrade, customers are provided with a dyno graph that compares the vehicle's power and torque before and after the HPF upgrade, illustrating the significant improvements achieved through this comprehensive performance package.
