The FGX/FPV GS, GT, and GT-P Supercharged Boss 5.0L Stage 5 package is designed for those seeking the ultimate performance upgrade for their vehicles. The process begins with our trained technicians expertly installing a new dual 60mm throttle body setup and a K&N air filter, which together enhance airflow and improve engine breathing capabilities. Next, we fit a water-to-air intercooler system along with a new snout high boost top pulley and harmonic balancer, ensuring optimal boost levels and engine stability.

To support these performance enhancements, we install a new set of high-flow fuel injectors and a high-flow fuel pump module equipped with a high-flow regulator, specifically designed to accommodate the introduction of E85 fuel. This allows the engine to maximize power output while maintaining fuel efficiency. The mechanical upgrades are completed with the installation of free-flowing dual 4-into-1 headers and high-flow catalytic converters, along with a new high-flow cat-back exhaust system and high-flow air filter. Together, these components significantly enhance exhaust flow, optimizing engine performance to meet the demands of the additional horsepower.

Once all components are installed, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer, utilizing the latest HP Tuners Ford ECU tuning software. This tuning process is critical for maximizing power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring that all upgraded components work in harmony.

The upgrade process concludes with extensive road testing, which allows us to make any necessary final adjustments to optimize your vehicle’s performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, we provide you with a dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant improvements achieved.
