The FGX/FPV GS, GT, and GT-P Supercharged Boss 5.0L Stage 2 upgrade is designed to deliver significant enhancements in engine performance and efficiency. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician fitting a 70mm high-boost supercharger pulley and a high-flow air filter, both of which improve the engine's breathing capabilities and overall airflow efficiency.

To ensure that the engine receives the necessary fuel supply to match the enhanced airflow, we install high-flow injectors and a Walbro high-flow fuel pump. For Ute models, we further enhance the exhaust system by adding a dual 3-inch cat-back exhaust, which optimizes exhaust flow and reduces back pressure, ultimately contributing to better engine performance.

Once these modifications are completed, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest HP Tuners Ford ECU tuning software, we meticulously optimize the engine for maximum power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring that all components operate seamlessly together.

The upgrade process concludes with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any necessary final adjustments to enhance your vehicle's performance and drivability. At the conclusion of the upgrade, we provide you with a dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly demonstrating the substantial improvements achieved.

As with all HPF upgrade packages, the Stage 2 upgrade is modular, granting customers the flexibility to incorporate further enhancements in the future without incurring unnecessary expenses.
