The FGX/FPV GS, GT, and GT-P Supercharged Boss 5.0L Stage 3 package is designed to significantly elevate engine performance through a series of high-quality modifications. The upgrade process begins with our trained technicians fitting a new 70mm high-boost top pulley, paired with an air-to-water intercooler system. This enhancement is complemented by the installation of a new set of high-flow fuel injectors and a high-flow fuel pump, ensuring that the engine receives the necessary fuel and cooling to support the increased power demands.

For Ute models, we also install a new 3-inch stainless steel cat-back exhaust system along with a high-flow air filter. These components work together to optimize exhaust flow and enhance airflow into the engine, meeting the higher horsepower requirements effectively.

Once all components are installed, we perform a custom tune of your vehicle’s ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest HP Tuners Ford ECU tuning software, we meticulously optimize the engine's performance to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring seamless integration of the upgraded components.

The upgrade process is completed with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any final adjustments necessary to fine-tune your vehicle's performance and drivability. At the conclusion of the upgrade, we provide you with a dyno graph that compares the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant performance improvements achieved.

As with all HPF upgrade packages, the Stage 3 package is modular, giving customers the flexibility to incorporate further enhancements in the future without incurring additional unnecessary costs.
