TThe FGX/FPV GS, GT, and GT-P Supercharged Boss 5.0L Stage 3 upgrade delivers unparalleled engine performance and efficiency through premium components and expert tuning. The upgrade begins with installing a high-flow K&N air filter to optimize engine breathing and airflow. A KPM 1000hp fuel pump module, paired with a Herrod high-flow fuel pressure regulator and eight XS1000 premium high-flow fuel injectors, ensures precise and robust fuel delivery for extreme performance demands. A KPM 70mm top pulley boost upgrade and a Herrod high-boost overdrive harmonic balancer maximize supercharger output, while a huge Herrod water-to-air intercooler kit maintains optimal charge air temperatures for consistent performance. A KPM dual throttle and intake elbow further enhances intake efficiency. For both Ute and Sedan models, a Manta 3” full exhaust system, including headers and high-flow catalytic converters, is installed to maximize exhaust flow and minimize back pressure, significantly boosting engine efficiency.

After component installation, our technicians perform a custom ECU flash tune using advanced HP Tuners software on a dynamometer, optimizing the engine for maximum power, torque, and fuel efficiency. The upgrade concludes with thorough road testing to ensure peak response and drivability. A dyno graph is provided, detailing the dramatic power and torque gains achieved.

This Stage 3 upgrade is modular, allowing future enhancements without redundant costs. HPF guarantees maximum safe performance, reliability, and drivability.
