The GR Yaris Stage 1 upgrade is specifically designed to enhance your vehicle's performance through a series of carefully selected modifications. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician fitting a set of upgraded valve springs and retainers by Kelford Cams. These components are crucial for improved engine efficiency and enhanced performance under high-stress conditions.

Next, we install a complete MST cold air intake system, which significantly boosts airflow to the engine, allowing for better combustion and overall efficiency. This enhancement ensures that your GR Yaris can breathe more freely, contributing to improved power output.

To further enhance the exhaust flow, we add a GRP cat-back exhaust system. This upgrade not only helps to optimize the engine's breathing capabilities but also delivers a more aggressive sound that complements the sporty nature of the GR Yaris.

Once all modifications are in place, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize the engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring that all upgraded components work together seamlessly.

The upgrade process concludes with thorough road testing, allowing us to make any necessary final adjustments to optimize your vehicle’s performance and drivability. At the conclusion of the upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant improvements achieved.

• We advise against increasing the power output substantially on high kilometer engines, if your engine has in excessive of 150,000kms please contact us to discuss options.
