The GR Yaris Stage 2 upgrade is designed to deliver even greater performance enhancements through a series of carefully selected modifications. The upgrade process begins with our trained technician fitting a set of upgraded valve springs and retainers, which are essential for improving engine efficiency and supporting higher performance levels.

Next, we install a complete MST cold air intake system, allowing for increased airflow into the engine. This upgrade enables better combustion, resulting in improved power output. To further enhance exhaust flow, we add a GRP cat-back exhaust system. This exhaust system optimizes the engine's breathing capabilities and produces a more aggressive and thrilling sound that complements the sporty essence of the GR Yaris.

A key feature of the Stage 2 upgrade is the installation of a replacement front-mount intercooler. This crucial component allows cooler air to enter the engine, reducing intake temperatures and enhancing performance. Cooler air contributes to more efficient combustion, resulting in increased horsepower and torque.

Once all components are installed, we perform a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we meticulously optimize the engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency. This tuning process ensures that all upgraded components work harmoniously together for the best possible performance.

The upgrade process concludes with thorough road testing, which allows us to make any necessary final adjustments to enhance your vehicle’s overall performance and drivability. At the end of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the HPF upgrade, clearly showcasing the impressive enhancements achieved.
