The HP-F Stage 3 Performance Package for the RAM TRX has been developed for enthusiasts seeking serious performance gains from the supercharged 6.2L Hellcat V8. Combining increased supercharger speed, enhanced airflow, upgraded fuel delivery and additional boost multiplication, this package delivers immense horsepower and torque gains while maintaining outstanding drivability and reliability.

Every upgrade begins with a comprehensive pre-upgrade dyno assessment, establishing baseline power and torque figures before any modifications are carried out. This provides an accurate benchmark and allows us to clearly demonstrate the gains achieved throughout the upgrade process.

At the heart of the package is a proven combination of a ZPE GripTec 2.85-inch Supercharger Pulley and an ATI 10% Overdrive Harmonic Balancer with Crank Pin Kit. Working together, these upgrades significantly increase supercharger speed and boost pressure, allowing the factory supercharger to move more air and deliver exceptional power throughout the rev range. The crank pinning upgrade also provides additional reliability by securely locating the harmonic balancer under increased load.

To maximise airflow into the supercharger, the package incorporates an AFE Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System, reducing intake restriction and ensuring the engine receives the airflow required to support the increased boost levels. The result is improved throttle response, stronger mid-range torque and enhanced overall performance.

Supporting the increased airflow are a set of XS1500 high-flow fuel injectors, providing the fuel delivery capacity required to safely support the substantial increase in horsepower and torque available from the upgraded supercharger combination.

Engine breathing is further enhanced with a complete Pacemaker Performance Exhaust Package, featuring ceramic-coated 4-into-1 long-tube headers, high-flow catalytic converters and a dual 3-inch cat-back exhaust system. This dramatically improves exhaust flow, reduces back pressure and allows the Hellcat V8 to operate at its full potential while delivering an aggressive supercharged V8 soundtrack.

A 160-degree thermostat is also installed to help maintain consistent operating temperatures under increased performance demands, supporting reliability during both street and off-road use.

To unlock the full potential of the hardware upgrades, HP-F performs a bespoke ECU unlock and custom dyno calibration developed specifically for your vehicle. Extensive dyno testing is utilised to optimise boost control, ignition timing, fuel delivery and throttle response, ensuring safe, reliable and repeatable performance gains.

The result is a RAM TRX that delivers explosive acceleration, immense torque and relentless power throughout the powerband. Whether on the road, towing or tackling off-road terrain, the additional performance is immediately noticeable and transforms the character of the vehicle.

Once tuning is complete, every vehicle undergoes comprehensive dyno validation and testing to verify performance, drivability and reliability. A final dyno run is then completed to compare against the original baseline figures, clearly demonstrating the gains achieved through the Stage 3 package.

At the completion of the upgrade, you'll receive a detailed before-and-after dyno report showcasing the final power and torque improvements. The result is a RAM TRX delivering exceptional supercharged performance, incredible throttle response and true Hellcat-powered excitement.
